    Done my weight-loss solo since May 2014 (lost 34kg) and am now so close to my goal weight and need to reach out as it's so challenging to get there, so I'm in!

    Is anyone else up for a "no sugar" challenge to help shed these few pounds. The Easter candy has been out of control and Im hoping to fast from processed sugar for a month to help nix the craving.

    I was sitting at 120.4 for days after Easter. Hope I'm back on track. Speaking of track, I'm also challenged to count carbs (I'm keto) but not calories this month. There has been a lot of eyeballing treats and then realizing I'm not actually hungry happening.
