    Did 2 miles of laps around the halls at work this morning with some of the coworkers. Then we grabbed some blankets and did a bunch of planks. I try not to compare myself to others, but I'll admit it was gratifying to be the only one still up in the plank at the two minute mark. It shows me how far I've come, since I couldn't last ten seconds when I started, nor could I get my hips off the ground for side planks and I was talking through these.

    Since I had to cut my treadmill run/walk a little short yesterday morning, I decided to do another full-length one today after I got done with my weight routine. It went pretty well. I'm still slow and it would probably compare to the Week 2 level of the C25K program, but that's okay. I'm just happy to be doing it again and my knee is letting me. And it's helping me torch the calories and continue dropping weight so that's a win-win to me! :blush:

    Ran/walked 3.1 miles today in (a lot of) minutes. :laugh:

    Dean, I love your pictures. I'm so sorry about your accident. I'm glad you are okay, and I hope your bike makes it.

    Hit the gym this morning w/DDD then walked w/DH then got on the recumbent then did some challenges. I'm done for the day!

    Did not do much outside today due to HIGH winds AGAIN so I chose to ride ex bike 20 miles after defrosting & cleaning 2 freezers. Made 3 salads & bbq'd pork for dinner. A good day!
