I got my treadmill interval run in again this morning. Cut a little short due to time. I just have a hard time getting up and out of the house to the gym some mornings. Mondays aren't the easiest either.But I got a 2.3 mile run/walk in so I feel pretty good. Better to underdo it than overdo it anyway.

Still haven't heard the final word on the bike but I guess that means they haven't found any cracks. I love graphite frames, but they don't crash well. At least I'm back on the bike and logging miles.0

Went for a shorter lunch walk today, 1.4 miles. Now that my knee has stopped being a problem, my lower back is acting up. Arrrrgh!

Adding 13 miles for 132 out of 250. And I got my Focus back today!!! Yeah! All fixed up, tuned up, cleaned up and ready to ride. Now I just need decent weather.1
