    What I did on my birthday yesterday. My Polar HRM watch had a picture of a birthday cake and my age displayed. Boy I didn't need that reminder. Then went out for a walk with friends, went to my favorite Dutch Bros coffee house, got a free mocha and sung to by the cutie pie boys that work there. Went and had my mop chopped and donated all my long hair to Locks of Love. Today the temps jumped almost 30 degrees, so went on a road ride.

    04/02 - 01.0 miles walking
    04/03 - 01.0 miles walking
    04/03 - 16.0 miles hamster wheel
    04/04 - 01.0 miles river walk
    04/05 - 16.0 miles hamster wheel
    04/06 - 02.0 miles walking
    04/07 - 14.0 miles cycling (getting spoiled, more outdoor rides)

    Total: 67.0 miles

    Between this morning & this evening I did 30 miles on the ex bike. I am hoping to maybe get some ground miles tomorrow but Sat we are to be in the mid 70's but 30 mph winds. We have had high winds ALL week & it's getting old!

    Starting the month off with 23 miles out of 250.

    Adding 13 miles for 36 out of 250.

    Adding 7 miles for 43 out of 250. Went to the Pig Farm with the dog and the Fat Tire bike. Beautiful day off from work! :smile:

    Adding another 20 miles for 63 out of 250. I hate threshold tests but they are a gage to see where you're at. Because, if you don't know where you're at, how can you tell where you're going? :smile:

    Adding 14 miles for 77 out of 250. Fun on the Fat tire again. :smile:
