    I got my treadmill interval run in again this morning. Cut a little short due to time. I just have a hard time getting up and out of the house to the gym some mornings. Mondays aren't the easiest either. :lol: But I got a 2.3 mile run/walk in so I feel pretty good. Better to underdo it than overdo it anyway. :)

    Thanks Dave...glad to see MYAC is still here! I've been looking for a good step/ mile challenge and couldn't see any that compares to this ~top notch one!! So that it why I am back :):)

    Walked w/DH this morning then got on the recumbent for 49 mins and an episode of Bosch then had lunch with old work buddies now I have another challenge to complete.

    Still haven't heard the final word on the bike but I guess that means they haven't found any cracks. I love graphite frames, but they don't crash well. At least I'm back on the bike and logging miles. :smile:

    Went for a shorter lunch walk today, 1.4 miles. Now that my knee has stopped being a problem, my lower back is acting up. Arrrrgh! :confounded: The joys of not being 21 any longer, I guess. lol

    Adding 13 miles for 132 out of 250. And I got my Focus back today!!! Yeah! All fixed up, tuned up, cleaned up and ready to ride. Now I just need decent weather. :smile:
