    Dean - glad you are okay and that your bike is back and ready to ride!

    Walked w/DH and Bean this morning then got on the recumbent for 48 mins and an episode of Bosch then did another challenge. Now I'm going to read!

    21 miles today. 17 on ex bike & 4 miles walking with my neighbor friend. It was 72* WITHOUT wind!!!!

    Yeah! My bike is back! :smile: I picked it up today. Nothing broken, just a lot of adjustments that were needed. They cleaned it too since they had to pull it all apart. It looks really pretty. :smile:

    Seriously? We had 56, windy and raining. I switched to the fat tire to stay in the trees on the trails. :smile: I'm jealous. :smile:

    Adding 13 miles for 132 out of 250. And I got my Focus back today!!! Yeah! All fixed up, tuned up, cleaned up and ready to ride. Now I just need decent weather. :smile:

    @Dean: You never did say if the person was a hit and drive off or maybe I misread your original text. I am glad you got your Precious back.

    @57Dave: Hang in there. I am glad the knee feels better. I hope that you do not get discouraged because you have been making such great progress. A temporary inconvenience to a permanent improvement...keep up the great work.

    No, the guy stopped and gave me his name and number. We've been texting back and forth and he is taking care of the bill at the bike shop. Nice guy. Just got distracted like we all do at the end of a work week when there is a lot going on. Not sure what he is going to do about the dent in his door. Lucky for me it was the door and not the grill. :smile:

    You're going to love these. You'll have to try them. It takes a heart rate monitor or a power meter. Warm up 10 minutes then:
    Zone 3 - 30 seconds
    Zone 2 - 3 minutes

    It will smoke your legs but it will help you bike faster and climb better. :smile:
