I agree with everyone that has commended you for all you are doing for your nephew. This may sound crazy but I can feel your love for him through your posts and it honestly almost brings tears to my eyes. He is so lucky to have you in his life helping him with this. I know how difficult being overweight is but can only imagine how hard it is being an overweight teen. I wish you both the greatest of success.
