Enjoy your camping trip Dave. I'm still trying to find some fun activities to add to the weekend. I ended up needing an umbrella for my morning walk yesterday. The afternoon brought some serious humidity, so after a short, miserable neighborhood walk, I decided to retreat to indoor mall walking before my husband met me for dinner. I have a feeling it's not that the humidity is so terrible, it's the sudden change that is causing me problems.
Added 5 miles for a May total of 106.25 miles

Giro Challenge Stage 18 done and dusted. Only 3 more to go, then June 1st I am in a 3 month cycling challenge, so lets see how tired I can get by the end of August.

Not too bad a day when you add my work shift that ended up starting early and ending late. Still adjusting to the increased temperature and humidity, but I handled it better this time.

@clepant @taxmom9093 @leanz @sufferlandrian Thanks, and no, you wouldn't face plant or kill yourself. The TRX straps are a fantastic way to work out and build balance and muscle, it's my favorite class. I'm a huge fan. When I first started, I couldn't do a side plank OUT of the straps, with one knee and lower leg on the floor. I couldn't raise my hips more than an inch and for more than a second or two.
4.9 mile walk, enjoying the sunshine as I'm about to start the first of three night shifts, and sunlight will not be my friend until Monday afternoon.
