So, I took a nasty fall yesterday during my run. I landed hard on my left side, scraping my upper thigh and knee pretty bad. I'm most concerned about my upper arm. It hurts. X-ray shows nothing is broken, but I likely bruised a bone. At least it wasn't the recently repaired right shoulder. ETA: 2.88 miles total including the walk back to the car after the fall.

Ahhh.... my first thoughts reading this was your shoulder. I am so glad you did not land on it, but I am feeling your hurt. I am glad you did not break anything but...ouch, I am sure you will be sore for a while.0 -

I really thought I was going to make goal yesterday, but apparently I needed a rest day. I sat down to watch a baseball game and the next thing I remember is waking up 3 hours later. I didn't move much more the rest of the afternoon and evening either. I did get 1.5 miles walking in the morning.
May total 87.75 miles. Today should be goal.
Now, it's off to get all those errands and gardening done that did not happen yesterday.
