No rest for the wicked.
Today I crushed my previous Breaking Point Legs score (217.5 - 187).
I've now beaten 7/7 previous workouts with 3 to go. My weight has been creeping so a BF measurement today or tomorrow.
I blew up my day with a cheat meal yesterday. Back on the horse!
Mountain Biking tomorrow.

That said, I got on a mountain bike ride and burned 1225 calories in 103 minutes. I love spring!

I'm still here lurking. I did p90x3 the challenge today. DAMN. 100+ pull ups and push ups and my shoulders are still sore hours later.
I tried to take a week off after my newest was born. Made it three days. Worked out thursday-Sunday instead.
Still working out here and trying to cut some weight too. We will see how it goes.0 -
I'm still here, too! But all of your intense workouts put my measly. 3-5 mile runs and kickboxing classes to shame!! It's like we're speaking different languages.
Anyway, I'm working out 5-7 days a week, staying in my calorie range, and moving forward, looking to drop another 25-30 pounds. I'm down 61.4 already and it's getting more and more difficult to lose.1 -
