    gam3rguy, I think we're the only two left here.

    That said, I got on a mountain bike ride and burned 1225 calories in 103 minutes. I love spring!

    I'm still here lurking. I did p90x3 the challenge today. DAMN. 100+ pull ups and push ups and my shoulders are still sore hours later.

    I tried to take a week off after my newest was born. Made it three days. Worked out thursday-Sunday instead.

    Still working out here and trying to cut some weight too. We will see how it goes.

    I'm still here, too! But all of your intense workouts put my measly. 3-5 mile runs and kickboxing classes to shame!! It's like we're speaking different languages.

    Anyway, I'm working out 5-7 days a week, staying in my calorie range, and moving forward, looking to drop another 25-30 pounds. I'm down 61.4 already and it's getting more and more difficult to lose.
