I've seen people mention several times that they've looked at another person's food diary. How do I do this? Can other people see mine?

    You click on their profile and click on view diary. You can only see it if the diary is public or viewable to friends, etc.

    To open up your diary, go to settings and then diary settings. Change it from there.

    An open diary is totally up to you.

    My diary is open if you click on my username and click on view diary.

    Thanks! I'll open mine up, but am not sure if I'm ready for it to be critiqued... I guess it's all for the greater good - my health - so I will toughen up and welcome suggestions/critiques.

    Thank you all! When I click on anyone's name I get this message, with no option to view a diary:

    My food diary is open to friends and, in general, if someone sends me a FR and i find that person has a "private" food diary---then i can't continue to support him/her.
    Exercise is why i'm here but what we eat is very important.
