Hugs to you @kanne315 , I also gained 2 random pounds earlier this week but thankfully shifted them just as quick. Here's to hoping yours are poofed next week!

Had my baby girl on 5/2/16 pre pregnancy weight was 143 last weight in before having baby was 178. 8 weeks pp currently weight 158. Its so hard to lose the last 15 pounds. Any tips on how you girls lost the weight. Thanks0

I've now stayed the same weight for 4 weeks in a row! The 2 weeks before that I lost 3 pounds each week which as I'm ebf I think may have been too much as I've been starving since then and having naughty treats hence the no weight loss. So I'm going to adjust my calories and eat a bit more and aim for 1 pound a week from here on.0

Still 162.4. Spent 2 of past 4 weeks camping, gained and lost the same 1.2 pounds several times. Hoping to break into 150s by end of month (and i go back to work in 3 days eek!)1

Weighed myself today...131.5. I haven't seen this weight since...junior high? I had to step on the scale 3 times to double check!
I'm 10.5 mo pp with #4, pre pregnancy weight 137-8. Got to 200 with this pregnancy.4 -
OK... pre-pregnancy weight was 154.5, last weigh in before having the baby was 194.1 (oh my goodness!), at 4 weeks pp I'm at 172.
I'm the matron of honor in my cousin's wedding on Sept 10th and would like to drop a LITTLE more weight (wouldn't cry if I couldn't make that goal... just wishful thinking). So.... I'm starting to do my food log a bit more and will hopefully be picking up the exercise soon!3 -

Hit a new low weigh-in today after a month... however I did start a new workout program so perhaps things were just catching up after the water weight shift. I am done losing now, on to maintenance/recomp for me!5

Been busy with going back to work. Currently at 155.4, down 6.8 pounds in the past month. Babe is 11 months now and I am down 60 pounds since he was born! 10 more to goal.3

Hi everyone! I am one week postpartum. I'm 5'6' and started at 135 and gained 40lbs. I weighed in this morning and I'm down 15lbs, my goal is to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight by Christmas.
I had a stressful induction and vacuum assisted birth resulting in serious tearing, a hematoma and an infection. Possibly because of the stressful delivery my milk didn't come in until day 5. I'm giving myself a break from logging and exercise until 6 weeks postpartum to allow myself to heal and let my milk supply establish.0 -

I'm 9 days postpartum, gained around 28-30 pounds. I was 125 pounds pre-pregnancy and I'm now down to 137. Still 12 pounds to go, I don't plan on going back to the gym until I'm 4 weeks postpartum, and will get back to martial arts when I'm 8 weeks pp. We'll see how difficult getting back to 125 pounds will be without exercise... Just walks for now. I'm not even focused on nutrition much at the moment.0
