Now there's a few of us in the group I thought we could share how much we've lost each week as an incentive to make sure we do lose! I weigh on a Friday but please just post on whichever day you weigh.
I lost 3 pounds this week bringing my total loss so far to 30 pounds. Yay!

165.8. I'm heading off on a camping trip, so I won't be weighing again til the 29th or later. Let's see if I can handle myself out there. I won't be able to log food, but I will be enjoying it.1

Up 1.50

It would be really easy not to log this week. But I set this up to make myself accountable. So those 3 pounds I lost last week...I gained them all back this week bringing my total loss to 27lbs. It was my birthday and eating out for 4 days clearly took its toll despite picking the best choices. Ah well. Time to get back on track!1
