Had 22 days under my belt and blew it today after teetering the whole past week. I've learned though that emotionally eating is more of a problem than I've realized- frustration and stress seem to be the triggers. I was doing so good but one little injury threw me into a tailspin, and now I'm all upset about letting that get me off track.

@Moxie42 - banish that doggoned guilt! It's worse than any binge could ever be. You're enduring a stressful time. Pain gets me more than stress, but we all have our limits. This just tells me that your mind needed to let go to focus on healing. So let it. Focus on healing, then you can get back to your bad-mama-jama streak! (HUGS) The thing that sincerely helps me the most is to get rid of the guilt. It happened, I can't change it, so I accept it, analyze it a bit to prevent recurrences as bes I can, and MOVE ON...
