Not specific to low-carb, but Sigma Nutrition Radio is probably one of the absolute best I have ever heard. That is the only podcast I've seen that's had so many nutrition and training experts on, that it touches on damn near everything imaginable, all from an evidence based perspective.

Some of my favorite episodes have been two with Lyle McDonald, two with Mike Israetel, Stephan Guyenet, Layne Norton, and a very recent on with Chad Macias that explains why the claims about recent "studies" about keto and cancer are waaaaaaay premature.

Adding https://thefatemperor.com. Ivor Cummins hosts it, lots of healthy heart info, LCHF/keto oriented. Great guests.

I like Dr. Peter Attia Drive, but I prefer to read the transcripts because he is heavy duty sci & biohacking and I often need to read things over repeatedly and do more research on his guests' comments. Whew! But it's a great escape since I need to concentrate fully for his stuff. https://peterattiamd.com/

Yes, Ivor's podcasts has transcripts on the web page. I often have to look up the terms they use. So the transcripts really help out with that.

I have another podcast to add the Diet Doctor podcast available here: https://www.dietdoctor.com/the-diet-doctor-podcast-is-now-on-itunes-apple-podcasts
    I haven't heard a bad one yet.
