Has anyone tried estroven or anything else like that? Did it work??

    I tried DIM briefly last year and I'm about to try again. I will post my thoughts on it once it has been a month or so.

    Most ppl I know have reported best results with evening primrose oil and vitamin E.

    I have been using black Cohosh for a month and feeling better. less hot flashes ...not 100%. A friend said to try Estroven. Black Cohosh is main ingredient. I am getting it today and will update if it works. I'm trying very hard to keep thing natural.

    Nope. My night sweats git better (again) after quitting artificial sugar (again).
    As for supps, I sometimes take Kelp and Maca.

    I'm guessing we are all there too some extent! It is like. . . . . NO interest. Enjoyable if hubby initiates, but it is suddenly last on my list.

    This is me! As if hot flashes, weight gain and flabby arms are not enough now my libido is taking a vacation.

    Evening primrose, fish oil,vitamin D3, Multi. Hot flashes stopped, sleeping better,but......No interest in sex. Poor bf (:

    Maca is supposed to help with libido, and other menopausal symptoms...

    A lot of helpful info here!! Glad to not be alone with all of this! Never had any issue with weight until this d*** menapause!! I'm so frustrated with this weight gain!!!!! I feel like I barely eat..then my fiance' drops 30 lbs and I can't drop 5!!!

    Know the feeling, up and down all the time, I am trying the maca powder seems to be helping my energy levels.
