Starting today. Overall goal is closer to 40 lbs by my late February birthday, but this is close enough and I hope will keep me accountable.

Strategies for now include using Fitbit to aspire to 10,000 daily steps, drinking more water and weaning myself to black coffee, and adjusting my sleep schedule to get up early to fit in exercise instead of staying up late to watch tv which is when I tend to overeat.0 -
