Okay, I'm better this morning...I think the scale was just bloated.
I'm somewhere around 137.4. I did have a moment of...Well, this isn't working so why not just eat cr@p the rest of my life? Except that the cr@p would certainly shorten said life...but boy, was I pi$$ed! Good thing my cupboards are bare.

197.6. I feel like I'm taking control again. Now I have to make this work during vacation which starts next Wed. My 2 friends and I will be gone for 10 days. We've all decided it's not going to be about the food. The good thing is we all love to sightsee so I believe there will be a lot of walking.
