I just suck this month. And tomorrow, Friday, I will have been married 37 years! Ouch! It has been great. But if not foe exercise I would need a new wardrobe!

    Happy 37th, Shelley!!

    I, too, suck this month.

Last Friday...the 8th...was our 33rd anniversary. We are celebrating with our DDD and SIL tonight. They had birthing classed last Friday and Saturday, so we put it off for a week. There will be calories served for sure!!

Ours is in three weeks. Twenty-sixth or something? We met late in life. :)

Wow, we all celebrate so close together! Happy belated anniversary Chris!

Paula I met him 5 days before I turned 18. Married before I turned 19. <3 You never know. I started to fill out my exercises for our other challenge at work. But could not remember everything. So I better get it finished tonight. I weighed 111 on my wedding day. I was 18, and could wear anything. It has been a great ride. Looking forward to another 37! <3

I was 36, he was worth the wait. It'll take six more years to hit my 36 & 36. On our 2nd? date, I went home with him and never left. Took us 7 yrs to put a ring on it, but we wed on the anniversary of our first date on purpose so this year is our 20/27.

    Shelley's was only 36 on her 18single/18married!

36 on my 18th! Wow. How coincidental is that! Ok only one of the fish in quarantine died. It was always a little off. But the little jaw fish went right to its rock! Now the little guy pokes out of the top all the time. I was not sure if it would take to its old home after a two plus week separation. Glad I bought its "home" also.

Still trying on names for it. He likes the live black worms I feed Al. So far all the fish seem to be getting along really well. <3

Ladies, the new picture is the Santa Fe sunset from the Bell Tower Bar at the LaFonda. We're having a ball. Yesterday we took a road trip to Taos. The Low road going and the High Road for the return. It was amazing...quite an adventure....especially the mountains with the 2 lane narrow roads some with lines others no lines. One more day then headed to Sedona on Tuesday.

How about "Mr. Hollywood" because he's such a pretty boy. Or "Oberon" because he looks like a fairy king (you could call him "Ron" for short).

Pretty embarrassed to post 140.0, but I must own it. I should get everything done today. Eating under control...walking, gym, bike. It's going to be a good day!

Chris I am so proud of you. To own it must be hard. Would be for me. I hit 148 yesterday. I was so disappointed in myself. Today back down to 147. Must get back to 144 before the month is out. Thanks for the encouragement and the will to be honest with myself. B)

    Shelley

And Paula, that sounds simple awful! Where is the protein? I liked the bagel and jelly beans! I love jelly beans actually. o:)

Oh it seems I'm the only one eating the jelly beans at work. They didn't even tempt me until the afternoon this time, but then....

Afterward I walked and walked but it wasn't enough.

I'm not saying what I weigh until it goes down again. Am in denial and disbelief.

138.4 this morning...Paula, I was in the land of denial and disbelief last week. I've been on track since Monday. Almost back to July's starting weight. **sigh** Today you can say "NO" to the jelly beans. Tomorrow tackle another trigger. You've come a long way...keep going, my friend. My "NO" this week has been the nuts. No more going nuts for the nuts for this nut!! bwahaha! I made that up!

Same nasty number this morning. It has really put the scare in me, and Chris, you're right, I totally avoided the jelly beans today AND the bagels. The BMI scale thinks I'm overweight! :noway: I'm joining you in "on-track-land" my friend. This is desperation speaking!

    Oh sob!

    Paula

Oh, and I ordered larger clothes. It's not good when all my blouses are pulling open and the skirts are bunched at the waist. But only a few and hopefully they'll be in mothballs soon.

Just FYI though, I'm currently wearing that skirt in my profile picture and it still fits - it was too loose back then.

I'm rooting for you, Paula! I know you can do it. :D

Today was another good eating day for me, too. :)

One of the promises to myself when I lost the 60 pounds was I wasn't going to buy bigger pants ever again. I did break that promise a while back when I was eating because I was so sad, but those pants are too big now and in my donation pile. Now I'm going to work on getting into the next size down. I will try them on Saturday to see if I can wear them to the Baby Shower. We'll see. :o

The scale inched down just a little, but that is encouraging. sigh.... still

BTW Chris, Shelley says I have to visit you. We're not allowed not to meet and you're exempt cuz my place is so far up in the mountainy mountains.

I cannot imagine driving the road to and from your house!! Esp if you work and shop at the bottom of the mountain...ugh!

And you know, if Shelley tells us we have to do something...well...'cept burpees...we should do it. What is your plan? When do you want to visit?

139.0 this morning. Yesterday I weighed in at 6:30...this morning it was 5:00...I like yesterday's better!!

Baby Shower today!!! DH and I are walking this morning. My strength training will be lifting the cantaloupe "star" wands we made yesterday! I'll try to get pictures so you can see how darn cute DDD's BFF made today! Even a "life-size" Peter Pan! So darling!
