Hi! What's everyone's favorite Keto recipe? I recently tried making chips out of Zucchinni they burnt and it didnt turn out so well, lol! I really want to find a recipe that mimics bbq chips. That would be super cool! Thanks,
Jessica

After spending all day yesterday prepping food for the week, I can say without a doubt, that all of these are fantastic.

Just for the hell of it, here's a picture of how the last one turned out for me yesterday:

I really dig anything from this blogger. I've tried a few of the recipes and they are easy and delicious! They also have meals planned out to start people off. http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com3

check out that recipe group....
And this "sibling" group a lot of us are in, also... http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/394-low-carber-daily-forum-the-lcd-group
They have a huge number of links on the sticky post "Launch Pad." personally, I'd probably use the dough from one of these to attempt the BBQ flavors.

If there are any specific recipes you're looking for, I bet someone will help you find them. That being said, what went wrong with your Zucchini chips? I made some with Parmesan, and they were SO good...0 -
Hi! I've tried several dessert recipes from http://www.ibreatheimhungry.com website. They turned out pretty good but I had too bake much longer than she listed. I wonder if she uses convection or something. Has anyone else had this issue?0

One of my favorites is one of the easiest we have in our "arsenal". It's Chicken, Bacon, Ranch + Broccoli.
Cook up some bacon (I chop them up first). While that is going, I cut chicken into cubes and cook broccoli in boiling water. When the bacon is done, I set it aside on a paper towel and cook the chicken cubes in the bacon grease with some salt and pepper and a little bit of onion and garlic powder. When the chicken is done I add the bacon back to the skillet and the broccoli too. Then I mix in ranch dressing.
My husband doesn't like broccoli so he does spinach instead and likes that! You can also add cheddar cheese.
It isn't the prettiest, but it's really good!

A new favorite, as of tonight:
6 eggs
0.75 tsp salt
4 ounces Mexican Chorizo
2 ounces sharp cheddar
Precook chorizo, mix together with eggs, toss cheese in near end of cooking cycle.
Came out to 944 kcal, 4g carbs, 77g fat, 64g protein.
Looks like hell going into the pan, but once the eggs start to cook a bit, it pulls all of the fat from the Chrorizo back together into the mass.

@Gallowmere1984 - What brand of Chorizo do you use? The ones available near me look like paprika coated fine ground beef or something. They're bright red and fine grains/grounds, not like really meat looking like this.0

Mine looked the same before cooking. All Mexican Chorizo will be extremely red prior to cooking. The fat drippings look more like blood than fat, due to the heavy spicing. It's Ole Mexican brand though.0 -
@Gallowmere1984 I've made some before, too! And yes, it's mainly due to the high levels of Paprika and other sauces, but mine stayed glowingly red after the fat cooked down... Your picture just looked like normal meat scrambled with eggs, so I was confused! LOL0

It was still very red until after being mixed and cooked with the eggs, which shifted the pitch of everything to a brown color.1 -

This is one of my favorite recipes - pepperoni pizza chicken bake. It's good with sausage, too!
