. . . everyone seems so supportive, and seems to "get" that LCHF works in different ways for different people at different carb tolerance levels. I just want to say thank you to those of you who give such thoughtful feedback.

I agree. I have lurked on this board for a long time now. Reading the posts on here have motivated me, given me good information, and (probably most importantly) have shown me that this WOE is safe and effective.

Agreed!!! I love that everyone is so supportive. Everyone has their own happy place with LCHF whether it's ZC, moderate carbs and calorie counting or somewhere in between.. People are happy to give advice without being critical. No fear of being treated like you are stupid for asking a question or talked to badly for your WOE. I love it here and plan to stick around a long time!

I was going to post a thank you I love you guys thread! Love this group.. The support. The info. People are kind and not troll-y or control freaks. I have had some terrible interactions in other groups and just general bad vibes. Never felt that way here once. XO

I don't post much on the regular forums, except the fitness one, because I don't like the way arguments break out all the time. I think that'a hug drag. None of that happens here! You guys are great

Maybe that's another benefit of LCHF...we just become all hakuna matata and stuff... (did I spell that even close to correctly?). I was on another site, which will remain unnamed and I left because I didn't like the atmosphere there. It wasn't a good fit for me; people were rash, mean, accusing....very unhelpful. MFP by far has been way better and then finding this particular group? Wowzers! So happy here.

I have learned so much about so many things... the food to eat, how my body really works to process things, supplements that are necessary, things about which to discuss with my doc, and so on and so forth!
