I find that homemade chicken broth makes me 'go' within about 15 mins. When I asked why on here, someone helpfully told me that fat content can do that. So if I want the effect, I drink 'as is' and if I don't, I skim off the extra fat.
I always grind and extra dose of pink Himalayan salt into the broth when I reheat, for extra sodium.0 -

I'm continue to be amazed at all the possible solutions which show how each of our bodies are different. Thanks DittoDan for the sauerkraut recipe suggestion. I love kraut!
