Just a quick update, I can now go to the toilet like a normal person. My butt has no blisters nor "a nappy rash" My levitation is no longer an issue, and my tummy feels a lot better.
It is still a bit dodgy with waking up with what I can only describe as a "hangover" in the mornings, so I am slowly increasing my magnesium and sodium levels to see if that helps. By hangover I mean bad nausea and a headache. I do not use much salt in my cooking as I simply do not like the taste that much. After I weaned myself off it a while back, I struggle to get more into me, apart from boiled eggs with salt or red meat with some salt and pepper.
This is what I'm experiencing right now! I'm playing around with my potassium and mag, see if I can't have a good morning again. Who knew it would be so complex?0 -

Make yourself salty broth or ketoade (homemade electrolyte drink-12oz water, a squeeze of Mio or similar or lemon juice, 1/4tsp each of salt and potassium salt). You can't really salt your food enough anyway. Says a THE Salt Fiend. 2 broths or ketoades a day minimum.
Hoping your exit chute remains happy. Intestinal disfortitude is no one's favorite guest. Ain't nobody want to have to sit in Vaseline all day. Especially not in the summer like it is here. Swamp-*kitten* is real.6 -
Hey @Bonny132 !! I'm with you, and have always hated the taste of salt! I use the sodium tablets to get the sodium I need to keep yucky symptoms at bay. Highly recommend them!

@Karlottap butt pee is definitely an issue when your butt decides to take on Niagara Falls for the most impressive pressure washer around. The positive note is, my butt is looking very muscular now.
@RalfLott I think the toilet misses my butt, I am keeping the clenching up, great exercise, but I do not miss running to the loo at a speed Usmain Bolt would be proud off, and undressing quicker than a hooker, trying not to leave skid marks behind. I can live quite happily without that.
