138.6 this morning at 5:00 a.m. Let's see what tomorrow at 6:00 a.m. will bring.
Chris0 -
Hey you beat me! OK I weighed in this morning. 148
That is up from the last several months. I need my cheering squad. Or the one that will kick my butt. I think I need threats. Positive reinforcements just do not always work for me. I need to remember that if I do not stay in shape I will not be able to do water changes and my fish that depend on me will die! Egads, that will be my fault. No one elses, mine!

194.8 this morning. Can I get under 190? We will all do better this month!!!1
-
The nice thing about starting the month at 171 is that there is so much room for improvement!
Paula1 -
Shelley, I got my pom poms out and shaking them high for you...no low...shaking them low for you...rats, hope I didn't jinks anything. If you do not stay in shape, you will have to order a bigger gun belt, and I don't think you want to do that because you would have to explain it to us.
Kathy, you will get there. We are cheering for you!! 194.8 is great!!!
Paula, I need to improve with you. I just keep seeing the same numbers over and over again...If I ever see a 136 for more than one morning in a row, I'll do a happy dance. Even 136.8...I'd take it!!!
Weigh in tomorrow...we'll see.you all!!
Chris0 -
I like that way of thinking it, Chris. I'm gonna do it weekly because my late weekend weigh-ins (due to sleeping in) are always the best.If I see anything under 169.9 for more than one week in a row, I'll be happy!

138.0 this morning at 6:00 a.m.

138.4 at 5:00 a.m. Dinner was really late last night...maybe...0

17something today. No excuse. Ate a box of cereal yesterday. Question now, can I burn it off before it becomes permanent. Going to walk up the hill.
Paula0 -
Paula, uphill works!!
Chris0 -
You two crack me up! I was so busy the last two days. Worked out with my daughter this morning, walked with my boys. And yesterday I bought a really old bench at a yard sale. I was just driving by and there it was. Cost me $10.00. The bar is perfect to install my new kinetic sculpture outside that will be here on Wednesday. It is purple & red. So pretty. The bar was on my to buy list. Would have cost me about $25 if I got it at the hardware store. So win win. The bench is just like the one I have missed since I gave it away when I got a new one. And it has around 80 pounds in plates. Cleaned it up and used it!
Going to Denver for a day trip tomorrow. Looking for a pipe fish. Never had one. It should be fun. Friend is coming with us. He is looking at a new cobra mustang. Rocky is coming to keep me from buying to much!
Kathy a new goal! You can do it!
Shelley0 -
137.8...not a complete happy dance but tapping my toes...
Chris0 -
196.8...sigh0

Shelley, can't wait to workout w/DDD. I miss that a lot! Sounds like you had a great day and an great find! Congrats! We need a picture. And I'm going to look up pipe fish. Have fun!!
Chris0 -
Did a little hill walk yesterday to a friend's home for a thank you party for everyone who helped her through knee surgery. Her partner made a genuine "High Tea" for everyone which was exquisite. Trays full of a dozen kinds of cucumber, pate etc. sandwiches - with the crusts cut off and artful shapes and toppings, scones and flaky pastries, all slathered with marmalade, butter, jam or cream cheese.
Because of my dairy allergy, there was absolutely nothing I could eat. Then miracle of miracles, she set out coconut cream and a delicious decaf coffee, what a treat! It was great!!
Then today I walked up the mountain side until the trail tapered off into narrow windings through the trees carpeted with what I realized was baby poison oak. Time to turn around, yeppity yep yep!! Still the 80 minutes left me crusted with salt and coveting a well-earned shower, yeppity yep!

Thanks, Paula. They are doing terrific! We go over in the evening and take the babe for a couple of hours so they can sleep. It's helping them stay sane. Whatever that is!!
Chris0 -
184.6 this am. Am logging everything and eating my fruit and veggies!
Shelly, I'm looking forward to a picture of the sculpture when you have it installed.
Chris, enjoy that grand baby!
Paula, I'm lactose intolerant too so I often go to events and can't eat anything. So glad they had something for you.
Kathy, we're going to get there!0 -
137.4 at 8:30 this morning.
Chris0 -
Still here honestly. Photos later. Going to the hot tub now. Could not find a pipe fish. Ordered a red mandarin Dragonette. Will be here tomorrow.
Shelley0 -
138.6 this morning at 5:00...**sigh**
The red mandarin Dragonette is pretty darn cute!! I think the pipe fish is very unusual.
Not enough sleep last night. Need a nap already!
Chris0 -
195.2 this morning...moving in the right direction again.1
-
Chris I need a nap also. No wait, might as well go to sleep. Weight holding steady.
Kathy glad to see it moving down!
My little fish arrived. And yes she is so darn cute. I am thinking Mandi. Poured some concrete, saw the dentist. And went to the salon. Cut off over 14 inches. The stylist was so excited with how healthy my hair is. She said she has never cut that much off for a donation before. She even took a before picture. Then I went home and took out some I had meant to send to locks for love but never got around to. It was about 15 inches. I took it to her also. She was very surprised I had it.
The concrete was for some new molds I have. Hope they work!
Shelley0 -
173 this am. that's down. I've been walking my tail ff - hope that's literal.
Clara, What I have is actually a dairy "sensitivity" (but it's just easier to say "allergy"). I break out like poison ivy - very unpleasant - but at least it isn't deadly like real allergies are.whew...
Okay Shelley, want pictures of the new 'do too! 14" wow!!
paula0 -
137.4 this morning at 5:00.
Paula and Clara...while I don't have dairy issues, I don't eat what other people bring to a pot luck. I have 'other' issues, and I have have learned the hard way, that it's just not worth it. I eat what I make.
Shelley...let's see the new hair cut!! Great donation! Very kind of you.
Chris0 -
172 here. Good direction.
Paula0 -
137.6 this morning at 6:00...
Chris0 -
171, odd to think I'm going to celebrate getting into the 160's when a month ago, it was a reason for tears.
