I was 169.5 again even though I weighed late. But then I went for a log walk. It's like you say Kathy, exercise exercise exercise!
This morning my pants weren't loose but were looser than yesterday.

I usually only weigh myself once a week or two, too much fluctuation for me. Started this week with some stretching and ab work this morning. Hopefully this new hp challenge will keep me going!0

Got nighttime nibbles again Thursday. Glad to have only one up 0.5#. But 172 again.

Uh oh, almost back to 150, but not quite. Put the brakes on just in time. I have a nasty habit. If I eat a piece of something and there is still some left. I convince myself I might as well eat the rest so it will be gone. Then I will be able to make it since there is none left. But what really happens is I eat to much, then hubby goes and buys me more. Or I make some. Very stupid of me!

168 today. Four pounds up. Four pounds down.
I do remember last week saying how I was being good; and didn't know why it was going up; and just had to trust it would go down again. I guess this is it.
Feels precious and precarious. Hoping this is the end of the seventies and worrying that you just never know...
