Hi
I'm new and tried different diets along the way. My main problem is not only losing the weight but not putting it on again. I've lost weight in the past, but put it back on plus some more. I slip back to "normal" over-eating, once I hit my goal weight. I'll be needing help, once I once again approach my goal weight... Got 30 pounds to lose....
To motivate me some more, I'd love to see progress pics and the results you guys achieved till yet. Bring it on!

Here's mine, lost about what your looking to lose, haven't taken any updated photos recently, still at 150 but have become more tone. I guess I just realized that I've maintained my loss for over a year now, wow! I have just kept thinking I haven't even reached my goal yet and completely missed the maintenance aspect of it.

OP I didn't start trying to lose till March of 2015 but didn't have a photo from then. So it took from March to June of 2015 to lose the weight. I hope that helps. You'll be at your goal before you know itgood luck, keep us updated on your progress.
