    Goal for October - get ready for curling!!!
    - 120 miles
    - 15 days over 10,000 steps
    - Control, control, control!!!

    Total Week 1 - 26.51 miles and 2 days over 10,000 steps.
    Total Week 2 - 21.78 miles and 1 day over 10,000 steps (3/10)
    Total Week 3 - 21.24 miles and 0 days over 10,000 steps
    Total 69.55 miles and 3 days over 10,000 steps.... and like really behind!!!

    Oct 23 - 3.04
    Oct 24 - 4.58 - 10088 steps (4/10,000)
    Oct 25 - 3.5
    Oct 26 - 4.91 - 10818 steps (5/10,000)
    Oct 27 - 3.16
    Oct 28 - 2.43

    Dreary weather again today...I know - there are no mosquitoes...but it would sure be nice to see the sun

    Struggling to get miles in..... too many commitments!! I am going to have a great November - I just know it!! I am blocking off - "stay at home get ready for Christmas days" on my calendar.... :)

    I did 40 minutes on the bike this morning before work I'm at work now and then after work I'm going to go swimming so I'm going to get into a routine the only days I won't be able to swim will be Tuesday and Thursday unless I figure out a way of doing it because I teach class at night talk to you soon bye-bye

    That is awesome. Learning to swim is on my bucket list.

    Missed Goal miles 3 days and Floor goal 6 days but I had 4 days of over 30K steps - so not a bad month at all!! Also, 25 visits to the gym, so I will stay a member for at least another month :)
