Total Week 2 - 21.78 miles and 1 day over 10,000 steps (3/10)
Total Week 3 - 21.24 miles and 0 days over 10,000 steps
Total 69.55 miles and 3 days over 10,000 steps.... and like really behind!!!

Struggling to get miles in..... too many commitments!! I am going to have a great November - I just know it!! I am blocking off - "stay at home get ready for Christmas days" on my calendar....1 -
I did 40 minutes on the bike this morning before work I'm at work now and then after work I'm going to go swimming so I'm going to get into a routine the only days I won't be able to swim will be Tuesday and Thursday unless I figure out a way of doing it because I teach class at night talk to you soon bye-bye0
