Blimey just checked my total and I now seem to have 97 miles... all that hospital trekking adds up and I did do 7 miles on Saturday! Looks like I will be making 100 no trouble this month even though I am now stuck at home with the released patient... please up my goal! @2essie will be proud of me0

@Janet, you can run some extra miles for me. I wish my foot was 100%. I just hope I can do my 10 in a week.
