    Blimey just checked my total and I now seem to have 97 miles... all that hospital trekking adds up and I did do 7 miles on Saturday! Looks like I will be making 100 no trouble this month even though I am now stuck at home with the released patient... please up my goal! @2essie will be proud of me :)

    7 mile run today. Quite slow but very strong and steady. I could have done more but I don't want to injure myself as I ramp back up. I'm at 48/50.

    26th: 2 miles run/walk - MTD 59.89. I've completed Wk3:D3 of C210k, (my return to running strategy!)

    I'll probably jump to w3 next run.

    Last year, we rode throughout most of the winter. Hoping for the same fortune this year!

    10/24 - 02.0 miles walking (I hate tire shopping)

    10/26 - 20.0 miles hamster wheel

    @Dean...your photos are soooooo breathtakingly beautiful. Do you carry bear spray with you on your rides?
    @Janet, you can run some extra miles for me. I wish my foot was 100%. I just hope I can do my 10 in a week.
