What is/are your fitness related goal(s)?

I want to be able to run mile (s) effortlessly without feeling like I'm gonna die But all jokes aside, I just want to be able to look and feel my best. I'm aiming to lose 75 lbs total and be toned.Oh! And do a pull up one day,I'll be satisfied with one.1

Short term goals:
Bodyfat down to 10-12% for starters. Currently around 19% and I have no doubt I'll get there, that is the easy part.
Push-ups to 40 with full ROM. Pull-ups to 5 strict full ROM.
Improve my posture.
I'll probably be happy with that honestly.
Long term goals if I'm talking what I'd like to be able to do but don't "need":
Another 10 pounds of muscle on me. Prowess with calisthenic and gymnastic stlye movements. Things like L-sits, front levers, variety of pushup and pullup styles. Very good body and muscle control and good posture. Not looking to power lift but would love to have excellent bodyweight strength. I appreciate gymnastic strength and control over say strong-man strength.1 -
Goal is getting six pack is the main goal. So I wanna reduce my bf I'm almost 20 % right now. Second goal to do one hand push up1

My goal is to have my body fat % lower than my muscle mass %. I've been working at it over 2 years now and I'm getting close but still not there. Thanks for the group invite Jon.1

Get rid of the fat I put on during my accidental bulk over the summer, do a full pull up and get my bike time into work consistently under 30 minutes.1

I go back and forth.. lose weight or bench 200 or squat 300.. right now, I'm at lose weight and set some pace goals for running.
Oh.. But I should probably start with a routine again.. I used to lift 2x week and run 2-3x. Thats number goal #1. Shoot for that, then once that's in place.. then i'll set goals
ALL WHO WANT TO RUN: do this.. sign up for a fun 5k a couple months out.. then train for it. Tons of turkey trots and reindeer runs coming up. Even if you can't run the entire way, just walk. I promise you will not be last! Even if you are.. you beat everyone on the couch. But it's a great way to get motivated and get a cool t-shirt.
Speaking of which.. I need to sign up for the polar dash.. I ran the yeti last year maybe I'll do the 17 mile this year. But it could be 10 below!! Anyone care to join me?? Pretty please??

Current goals:
Cut bf% from 30 to 25
Squat, bench and deadlift 160lbs. That is my body weight, more or less.
Walk 7000 steps daily because my bosses pay me to. Most days I get over 11k so that's not a problem.

My goal is to be able to do a 200 lb barbell hip thrust at least 1 set of 10 reps full ROM.
Right now I'm at 190 lbs, 1 set of 7 and 2 sets of 6 and ROM is something I'm really concentrating on while doing these sets1 -

PROBLEM:

I wanting to lose 80 pounds and my goal weight is 145 I'm currently sitting at 222. I'm in the gym 5 days a week for 2.5 hours a day and also will be doing videos at home as well.1
