I can read it for free on Kindle so just downloaded it. Will post in a couple of days what I think. No, I'm not a slow reader, lol. Most of today I am gone and part of tomorrow. I should get through enough chapters to have a fair idea (I hope).2

Here are quotes from this book, a lot of them sound familiar to those of us using the LcHf woe, thanks @Sabine_Stroehm for posting title/author..link to quotes and also my fave from the page:

“biochemistry tells us that there is no receptor for calories, that is, no way for cells to sense how many calories are coming in, only how much of each type of macronutrient. The available chemical energy will ultimately show up but there is no reason to think that there will be a direct relation between calories and weight gain or loss. Calories do count but not in a simple way.”
― Richard David Feinman, The World Turned Upside Down: The Second Low-Carbohydrate Revolution
Does this essentially say goodbye to CICO?7 -
I think the message may be, "mere mortals cannot track either side of the equation with a high degree of accuracy."3

I read it on my Kindle Prime library -- it is a bit sciencey but well worth reading. He explains much about how insulin works, and debunks bad science, if I recall. Been about 6 months since I read it. Liked his dry sense of humor that pokes through here and there.1

Feinman is one of the few "never-misses" low-carb proponents.
I just spent a few hours looking through articles on his website. Stimulating stuff - occasional references to Shakespeare, Martin Luther, etc., highlight his points, and the back-and-forth in the comments is always entertaining.

Feiinman is a brilliant man. Artist, scientist, writer/blogger with a witty sense of humour! He is the second coming of Leonardo da Vinci.
I get all excited when I receive his latest blog post in my inbox.

This one inspired me to change my avatar to a pic from the article that is quite telling showing decline in meat consumption as compared to increase in diabetes.2
