Nov. 26: 15.5 miles today. Got another short run in as I ease back from my foot issues. 3.16 miles of running, 7.11 miles cycling and 5.23 miles of walking

Congratulations to wanderan, micheleg1965, just_ceci and 2essie on making goal! Way to go.
I just got back from visiting my son in California. It was great to see him but I'm pooped now. Is it just me or does travel get harder and harder each year? I'm sure I would feel better if I went out for a walk but I'm going to watch TV and go to bed instead. Tomorrow I will get back on track. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.0 -
