Great I'm in again, I find these threads really helpful.
I took it easy in October but despite all the Halloween food (and I did not hold back ) I only put on 0.4kg, so can't complain at all.

Doesn't sound like much but crossing that 140 barrier is brutal and making weight loss hold is tough.2 -

Hello! I have gained about ten pounds in the last year, and I'm finding that in my late thirties it's harder to get it off. I need some motivation to stay on track. I know that weekends and afternoon snacking are my biggest obstacles.

Didn't have a great week in terms of eating and exercise. The fact that I am still 117 lbs is a good sign that my weight loss is sticking. But something about the weight loss doesn't seem real, like I still feel the same as I did when I was a few pounds heavier.1 -
My weekly check-in will be delayed to Monday or Tuesday due to unexpected circumstances.0

(August) SW : 130lbs
(November): 110lbs
(November End): 105lbs
Final Weight Goal: 100lbs
Following a 800-1200cal plan
Breakfast - Smoothie
Lunch - Any salad Sort
Dinner - Make whatever with the calories I have available.
Yes I have a past with an ED and may still be struggling, but I feel that if I reach my goal that I wanted to be when I was extremely ill, I'll be cured.
I have upped my calories with as much as 1000
Please don't interprete me wrote I don't want to seem rude or anything like that, Why don't you raise even more your calories, eating between 800-1200cal is still unhealthy, your body will be in starvation (it will keep the fat and make you lose the muscle mass, which is actually bad, its receiving less energy to function well and less nutrients too) and it will make it even harder to lose weight. When you lose your weight and start eating normally (I mean at your maintance around 1800-2500cal) you are more likely to gain the weight you've tried to lose, so eating more will give you more chances to maintain your weight and it will give you more energy. I know you probably heard someone sayinh this too, and how hard it can be when you have an ED, try finding some help too.
Have a great day!3 -

I know right! I felt the same sometimes ago, but after some time you will see slight diference, on your measurements, clothes. Try to compare heavier self and you current self with the photos.1 -

Another tough week at uni and this is still nothing compared whats coming on! I just hope I dont fall off the wagon I'm not the healthiest that I have been but I'm trying to be, when I get stressed I tend to indulge a lot in chocolates ,
I did workout this week (4x times, 2days of hiit, 1 of cardio, 1 of strength training).1 -
@kellyshell215 you've lost 2.4 lbs in 4 days. if that's a tough week for you, i'm sure you're going to be fine!
