Had week of low motivation, but its almost the weekend and time to step it back up

I was sick this week, so I was not able to workout very much. I'm just glad I was able to maintain.2 -

I've set a new mini goal to be 128 by Christmas time. That's when I get to fly back home and visit friends and family for a week. I want to look good and also let loose and eat a bunch of junk during that window of time.2 -

hello everyone! Last week I couldn't weight myself, but tbh I don't it would have made a huge difference. I'm still working out 3-4x a week and eating healthy with bad foods in moderation.

I know how it sucks to not seeing the number down, you'll see the numbers down on the tape if you also take measurements. Maybe you've reached pleateau, try changing your routine during this weeks (like doing more HIIT, or lowering few calories, carb cycling, etc)1 -
