I'm super happy with myself today! I've clean the house. Ate fine and a little exercise!

This is the New Year's Eve photo of @RangerRickL or really, Rick, and my beloved wife of almost 44 years, Rose.
We had a delightful evening of musical theater, Crazy for You, featuring Gershwin show tunes.
Hopefully, everyone can see that this is a fun group of folks who share life and their goals with each other.

I encourage you to share what kind of exercise/activity you did each day. It's more real and we all are enriched by seeing what others are doing. Some folks are incredibly ambitious in their workouts. Others are like me. In the winter, I do very basic workouts or farm chores. I'm not a real farmer. I live on a 40 acre horse farm so there are always chores to do.

Exercise-yes, vigorous house cleaning for almost two hours
Calories-yes, even though the reason I was cleaning was for a party at my house (major accomplishment I only had one cookie!)
