    I'm super happy with myself today! I've clean the house. Ate fine and a little exercise!

    Yay! Everyone's on track so far!

    1/1:
    Exercise-yes, vigorous house cleaning for almost two hours
    Calories-yes, even though the reason I was cleaning was for a party at my house (major accomplishment I only had one cookie!)
    Tracking-yes, this is my non-negotiable for the new year!

    Exercise- Yep, I went for a walk with my little one. I also put away Christmas decorations, that has to be considered exercise right?

    I hope everyone had a great day.
    I did 3.5 miles today. It was a beautiful 50° and sunny!
    I am under my goal (not much to spare) and logged all my eats :-)
