Wow, everyone is doing so well. Over halfway through January, just passed Blue Monday and we're still motivated. Woo hoo.

I did about 15 mins of my LS walking video then went onto weights, then to dinner, lol I was getting hungry and couldn't concentrate on working out, I just wanted to finish.1

Didn't quite get to 10,000 steps. Tried to curl but the left knee and hip said "NO"! So I will find a chiropractor today and I have a massage on Monday.0 -
Yesterday I did a 20 minute walk with LS followed by some weights/bands excerise, some squats if you call it that, OMG, a few lunges very modified or I would need to call someone to pick me up.

I had to take yesterday off from fitness walking and may only do 2 miles today as I seem to have developed a hip issue of some kind after my walk on Wednesday. I used to have it from time to time when I was super over weight, but after my weight loss, it went away. I am hoping it is just being overzealous in my walking as I am trying to get the holiday pounds off and may be trying a bit too hard??? See, we told you-one rest day and off you go again!!! In fact, although we are "only walking," we do still need rest days because we are not "just walking," but fitness walking. So there you go-a built in reason to have a lazy day! No Kidding! I am not doing well with my balance Word! Slipped on the ice yesterday when I was getting out of the truck, landed on my elbow and probably jarred my hips again. My back is killing Me!
But today my little granddaughter and I will do something outside. She loves it outside.0 -
