I have enough trouble losing weight without a cream tea every afternoon but wouldn't it be wonderful if I could? ;-)
I was out walking for 60 minutes in the rain-

Today I was up super early so I did a 3 mile walk, then I repeated it tonight before I head to bed. 6 miles all up today. Hopefully I sleep well tonight!4

Week 1 - 21.02 miles
Jan 8 - 3.04 miles - outside
Jan 9 - 3 miles - outside
Jan 10 - 1.34 miles .....oopsie, but I only have one more month of taxes to Do!
Jan 11 - 2.37 miles. Dancing at the nursing home.
Jan 12 - 3.76 miles
Jan 13 - 4.96 miles - 10926 steps (1/15) curling
Jan 14 - 4.90 miles - 10712 steps (2/15) curling
Week 2 - 22.77 miles - running total 44.39 miles
Jan 15 - 3.5 miles
We have been enjoying some very nice weather. Walking outside in the mild weather in the sunshine is just Awesome! A balmy -02 C with a high of +3 in the forecast!2 -
40 minutes outside again. Hoping to do a 15 minute LS mile DVD later.1

WOW Good for you! 60 minutes in the English rain cannot be much warmer than Netherlands was last week! :noway: You are doing much better than I did. I managed about 40 minutes before having to go inside and thaw out! Thank goodness the canal is only a 5 K! I have always promised myself I would do this and never have. You are incredible!!! I do the 5 miles walks, but I really need to work up to 2 of her 3 miles walks together ... tomorrow! :laugh:

Woke up at 5am, so I completed LS 40 minute super burn4

Got hit with a case of food poisoning last week and that hurt me and my miles.

I forgot to log yesterday I did the 30 minute walk and today I did the 20 minutes followed by 12 min on bike and some weights. I am trying, I have a plan.2

Wow, everyone is doing so well. Over halfway through January, just passed Blue Monday and we're still motivated. Woo hoo.

41 minutes of the Belly Blasting walk + ab workout 1 on that dvd. Also 28 minutes of Strength and Stamina by Kelly Coffee-Meyer.2

I did about 15 mins of my LS walking video then went onto weights, then to dinner, lol I was getting hungry and couldn't concentrate on working out, I just wanted to finish.1
