    I should have moved more and watched less football. But, the two miles I added are more than I walked many days in the last couple of months so I'm improving, right?

    @janet Thank You! I've been a pretty crappy group member the last few months and I wondered if I should just drop out and let everyone move on without me. You reminded me that we aren't just here to cheer each other's successes, but to give a hand up when one of us stumbles along the way. Congratulations on your 5 years!

    @taxmom9093 - we have no 'crappy group members' here. There may be those who have to deal with what life is currently throwing at them ..... who, when they have time are fabulous group members (even if there is an ebb and flow to that)

    We are all in this together....good or bad. Moving, no matter what amount, is better than no moving at all.

    Got in 10 on the ex bike before work, accumulated over 10,000 steps on my fitbit before I went to fitness class! I'd say I moved my @ss today!!!
