    I am a class of 2016...flunky lol. I started in February/March 2016. I have lost a total of 24 lbs so far. I was at my heaviest at 162 lbs before I started LCHF/keto. CICO/IIFYM/LFHC diets did not work for me. I know that low carb is RIGHT for me and is something I want to do lifelong. I still struggle with the restriction of keto. I call myself a flunky because I would have several week gaps all throughout the year where I'd go back to eating high carb out of laziness, traveling, etc. Really all comes down to lack of self control. In total I probably lost the 24 lbs over the course of only 4 months and not the whole year.

    I am enrolling for class of 2017 with the goal of sticking to keto until I reach my goal weight. Then I will reassess if I can see myself staying keto for life or transition into low carb. I don't have much weight to lose but I have body fat I want to lose. My goal this year is to introduce CONSISTENT strength training and cardio and work on my body composition.
