    Do you know how that A1C compares with the level from your past?
    I had mine checked a few months back, it was 4.7
    Never had it checked before so I don't if I improved or not. I suspect I did.

    Highest mine has been has been 5.6 years back. So, yes, definite improvement. But the problem for most is they never cared or knew about it until they came around to hearing about it, or else had a problem.

    Thats awsome! had mine checked last week for the first time my A1C was 5.7 hope the next time i get it checked ill have a lower A1C plus better numbers all around.
