Just wanted to do one last check in for January. My goal was for February 3rd but I will not be weighing again until Sunday but I think it's safe to say that I met my goal!

I failed. I had gotten down to my goal but then really blew it on Sunday and Monday.
SW (1/10): 136.6
GW: 133.6
CW: 134.2
That's okay, though. I still lost 5 lbs in January (starting from right after the holidays), so I can't complain. Let's keep up the work in Feb!
