Sorry guys I'm exhausted and skipped today's run. The good news is since the race runs Monday to Sunday, I should still get in Sunday's long run.4

I finished my walking today, and was under calorie by 1. I was under for 5 straight days. Happy day. We are doing great4

I was able to get a good hike in early, right before the rain I also had fun doing all of the dance videos, including the optional ones. Fluffy had fun too, nipping at my fuzzy slippers as I danced.4

Rough day for poor Stella - she finally ate her breakfast this morning but then was sick during the day while I was gone. Clearly still not feeling normal but she did eat a little more eventually tonight and hasn't been sick since. She brought her little baby to bed and was a little peppier so I'm hoping she's on the mend now. Otherwise we will have to be off to the vet tomorrow.
So I got a treadmill run in this afternoon but nothing else done. Finished the day just under calories though. Just one more day needed for that challenge so should be able to get that done tomorrow, with Sunday left just in case. Tomorrow's supposed to be cold (as was today!) so I'm trying to convince myself that I want to get up to go for my long run. We'll see how Stella is feeling I guess, but hopefully I'll get it done.

So I upped my game today. 65 miles today. Prior best day this week was 40.
Challenge 2 & 3 done.
I have to **sigh** "dance" this weekend.5 -

I got another mile in tonight. Tomorrow more snow. Only a couple inches, but on Tuesday night another snow storm!! Hmm do I see minutes counted by shoveling snow?!?!4

Another day at a swim meet. Brutal. Blew the diet and didn't exercise. Tomorrow I'm only volunteering for a half day so I'll get my exercise in AND eat below. I should max out on challenge points and do OK on minutes.
Like the bar but struggling with the service. Perhaps we can do better?4 -

Hope you all are doing fine and will have a great weekend.
I'm out of words a little (yeh yeh it is possible my bf should wish i was out of words:-)) I'm so relaxed that I just sit here and drink a cup of thea and eat a sandwich and nothing is going true my mind , real silence.
I wish that happens more often and that all my "alter ego's sisters" stay away hahahaah noooooo it is a joke I'm nothing like that .....You must be careful these days with what you are saying everything can explained at a wrong way.Certainly if it is in "school English" that I use.
So nothing is wrong with me I'm only a happy fool now and than .
What are the plans for today?
I'm going to clean a little do some laundry and later today My workout in my schedular stands RKS Workout 3,Pump Challenge,Abs,Squats,Push-ups and crosstrainer so I can eat my heart out!
Since 1 febr I starts a schedular it was standard for bodypump and bodycombat but I put also C25k tarining in and Zenlabs Squats Push ups and Abs So now I know everyday what to do It feels real good for me because if you give me a free hand and the end I do nothing!!!! So hopefully at the end of this month I can see result at the scale and in inches.
To help to bring the first smile on your face today:
A guy goes fishing every Saturday morning.
He gets up early and eager, makes his lunch, hooks up his boat and off he goes, all day long.
Well, one Saturday morning he gets up early, dresses quietly, gets his lunch made, puts on his long johns, grabs the dog and goes to the garage to hook up his boat to the truck and down the driveway he goes.
As he is coming out of his garage rain is pouring down, it is like a torrential downpour.
There is snow mixed in with the rain, and the wind is blowing 50 mph.
Minutes later, he returns to the garage.
He comes back into the house and turns the TV to the weather channel.
He finds it's going to be bad weather all day long, so he puts his boat back in the garage, quietly undresses and slips back into bed.
There he cuddles up to his wife's back, now with a different anticipation, and whispers, "The weather out there is terrible."
To which she sleepily replies, "Can you believe my stupid husband is out fishing in that *kitten*?"

This guy was waiting outside , he looked cold so I said he could start early !!
Hahahahah How can you see that "that he looked cold"??? ........I think that drink (look at that color!!!) change him in one of the smurfs I think in this one

Hi all! I have you all to thank for being under yesterday! I was having one of those "MUST EAT ALL THE FOOD!!!" days and I stopped after eating a LOT of the foods but before I went over. One more day and I can claim those 5 points. My back is s-o-r-e today. I have to go to a funeral and clean my house for super bowl but other than that I see heating pads and my couch in my future. Gotta be ready for next week right?!
Have a great Saturday and everybody get those challenges done! I feel like I need to do an inspiring speech like from Henry V, Braveheart, Return of the King but can't remember them so "This is Sparta!!" Is all I've got!3 -
