    Hello people!
Just an update from my end. My thighs don't seem to want to go down but I'm witnessing changes in my waist.
I'm back down to 53.8kg (0nly 200grams away from how much I weighed two weeks ago and I'm doing whatever I can to get there fast)

I'm hoping to get to the 52's as soon as possible. Going down to 51.5 by the end of the month seems a little too tight now but I'm still going to try!

There will always be areas of your body that will be the last things affected. For me, it was my face and love handles that responded last. My first areas of improvement were waist circumference and thighs. It will vary from person to person.

I hope it's not too late for Feb goals. I'm on day 6 and my goal is to stay on the OMAD plan each day in February. Just a compliance goal to start with, especially since I'm starting a new job too.

Yeah that is very true. I just keep hoping my body will change its mind where I'll lose weight haha.

I'm really struggling this month. My weight keeps pushing back up to 54's....
I'm going to try drinking soup before dinner. I'm hoping it would help.

King cake is a pastry traditionally served between Epiphany and Mardi Gras (Fat Tuesday, last day before Lent). Usually there's a plastic baby inserted somewhere in the king cake, and whoever gets the baby has to bring it next, so it's kind of a game too. Popular in workplaces in Louisiana this time of year. Here's a Baton Rouge link, but a New Orleans traditionalist would say we're just copying them, and they would be right.

I know its not your exact goal but you were pretty close! So happy for you! it did not take you long to lose 4.6 pounds!! That's amazing especially since you don't have a lot to lose!
    You're almost in your 60s now :)
I wasn't brave enough to weigh myself today.
I'll try to find the courage tomorrow.
