    Day 7

Putting fruit back into the mix tomorrow.

So...stressful situation...my rent is going up dramatically...forcing me to find a place of my own, which is really a good thing...so, I am in the throws up major decluttering...tossing stuff out, mostly, for now.

Lease is up May 15...vacation is in early March...have to give notice 60 days before moving...all very crazy.

We go out looking at places Saturday, after Ernestine's vet appointment...it was supposed to be a welllness check...but she is having pooping problems...not a good sign. Breathe, Nanc, Breathe!

    b egg v8
    s light baby bels
    l bell pepper strips, chicken
    s yogurt
    d not sure
d pudding & topping, tea, pistachios

    HAGDE!

    Goodness, that sounds stressful!
What kind of pooping problems? My little pup has been sick for a few days. We're heading to the vet in a few minutes.

    Day7!
Scale ticked down again, even though there was wine yesterday (which adds another day on my phase 1).
Activity: canceled because of vet visit. But! I'll walk to work (4,500 steps) and home later.

Br: Dr. Praeger patty with egg and cheese (this seems to be my P1 staple, not even sure it IS P1 compliant, but it works)
    sn: braised egg
    lu: broccoli and shrimp
    sn: almonds
di: not sure, out with my nephew, but it will be P1 friendly.

Pooping problems is she is not pooping. Probably she now refuses to eat her dry dog food...so I got her some good wet stuff from the vet awhile back and mixed the two. Now, she won't eat that. And she won't eat the wet all by itself, either.

She eats chicken breast meat...and if I make a hamburger, she will eat the dry if I put some juice on.

Anyway, we have an appointment today at 8...hopefully, I will get some answers.

This is day 8. Work, yesterday, took its toll on me and I messed up when I came home, eating wise. Nothing crazy...but I did not stick to my plan. Going forward with another week of P1, except adding oranges into the mix.

    February 2017 Reboot

    2/04/17 148.2
2/11/17 145.2 on the nose YAY!

Hope she's okay. My guy was pooping too much! Vet thinks just a stomach bug. Thank god.

I'm still at it! Going to do phase one for another week (as I promised myself with the wine days)

Still at it! This is technically day 14 but because I had wine 3 times, I'm going a few more days.
