    So I hate germs. Pretty sure I caught my daughter's head cold now. So I'm calling this week a bust and will start week 2 over on Monday.

    I've been there. Many many times. Do something today. Walk. Bike. Something. Just move a little. Sometimes easing back in helps.

    Did the full workout today and am finally back after illness. Although eating has been way off today. Stupid chocolate.

    Gained 2 lbs over the weekend because eating was out of control. Trying to rein it back in today.

    PT Week 3 Monday done and my legs are jello. She really ramps it up this week.

    Well done!! I've gained 3lbs on Sunday, and lost them again today. So bizarre. But I'm firmly forcing myself to re-start week 4 this evening when I'm home. A 1 week slump is enough!!!
