    Yesterday was 1 mile on foot & 2 hrs of Tabata. Today was 2.5 miles walking my dog along with my sons dog plus 7.5 on my ex bike.

    March 16: Cranky and tired after days with 5 hours of sleep each night and working 12 hr.days. Teaching is going to kill me before I make it to retirement.
