    1. Log all food
    2. Hit my protien goal
    3. Stay under my carbs
    4. Drink 8 cups of water min
    5. In bed no electronics by 11:00 pm x
    6. No more then 2 diet soda per day.
    7. Stick to meals planned for today -now that i have my last one planned
    8. Work on my blanket for an hour
    9. 30 minutes of physical activity x
    10. Organize the dreaded file cabinet - that i did not do last night
