I did gain in the weights, I made it to 45-min runs but then got injured so starting over on that, and I didn't lose 6-lbs. I thought I changed that goal to only not gaining weight which I did fairly well. I did gain +1-lb for the month. I think that is pretty good though since I was not trying to lose much and was experimenting in a maintenance mode and ate a lot of meals.
