@1MADGIRL @Vanguard1 I'm so impressed that you guys can workout at home. I think I like feeding off other people's energy so that is why I like to go to the gym, but it would be so much easier if I could just do it at home. That is one challenge that I haven't been able to accomplish.

@eblyth00 Nice job!! I hope you have gotten your blood sugar resolved. Your results are awesome!!

    Nice job!

274 currently probably won't make it to exactly 270 but close enough to be happy about it.

Still not exactly sure what's going on with my blood sugar it is now lowest after eating.which is strange but fasting is lowering about 1 point every couple of days.

Don't forget, you did reach your goal! You just set an 'extra' goal because you were over-achieving :) So you lost the 5 pounds you wanted to lose and an extra 4.8 pounds :) That is awesome

Love the link - this is so true. I prefer to weigh more and look fit and tone! The scale is just an indicator of losing fat. It's not accurate, especially if you exercise :)

I am weighing myself tomorrow morning but I'll be setting up an April thread now
