My goal for March
- 120 miles
- 10,000 steps 15 days this month
- Control the eating
- water, water, Water
Total miles 113.43 - 7/15 days over 10,000 steps.
A bit to much on my calendar and it doesn't seem to be "me" time. April doesn't look much Better!
