Day 4 here!
Nice work, are you feeling different? What size weights/ what kind of rest days are you taking?

I am starting now. Any pointers? Did this work for anybody here ?1

There is a thread somewhere of photo results (it's what convince me to try) if you search 30 day shred within the app you should be able to find it pretty easy!
It definitely seems to work based on those. I am taking a rest day today before day five tomorrow, and I have already noticed changes in my body and strength!0 -
I'm going to start too.. i leave on May 19 for Jamaica and I am getting into that sexy bikini no matter what!
What else are you ladies doing?.. I still do weights 4 times a week.. and get cardio only from leisurely walks and going out dancing etc.

Fun! You are going to look fabulous! Don't forget to take a before photo I am running about 2-3 times a week, dancing, and walking the dogs 2 miles a day 5 days a week. I also am doing additional weight/abs when I feel up to it.

I ise 5 lbs for the side lunges, 8 lbs for the squats and the curls and 10 lbs for the chest press. I also run 5 times a week and do some other gym type stuff. (abs et al...) Words of advise: prepare to be sore. I do 6 days and then rest.1

I was going to try for 6 and rest but only made it 4 after upping to 8lbs one day haha you are awesome, I wish I had all three sizes of weights that's the exact weight scheme I would do too! Right now if I do it by myself I can use the 8lbs but when my hubs and I do it together he uses those and I use the 5s.0 -
How is it going ladies?
I'm back from the vacation and 2 lbs heaver to boot! I neglected "Ripped in 30" for a while,
it looks like a high time to incorporate it into the schedule again.
I am going to go at the slower pace then when I started.
Consistent is going to be the major focus!

Did you get back at it? I have take. A week long break on accident, I think tomorrow will be the day to start again. Only on day 5 here...level one...0 -
Not yet, LOL!
I'm planning on resuming tomorrow. Today I'm going shopping!

Similar. I took an week when I was at a conference and just did the gym in the hotel.started back today at l2/d1 of 30 day shred. I only burn about 150 calories which is a bit of a bummer but I do think there are results. I have 1 month until a bikini vacation so I really have to buckle down tis week.1
-
All right! New month- new goals!
I'll shoot for three days a week dedicated to Ripped in 30. (Mon -Wed-Fri).
Today is the day.
Wish me luck!

Did my first day of 30 day shred last night. I am aiming for 3-4 times a week so will take me 8-10 weeks to complete but I don't want to lose sight of my running goals or stop cycling to work and doing all 3 things on one day is too much.2

Here is an update. I have now jumped back in and am on Level2Day5. 7th day in a row but I get a day off in two days. Status: Sore and tired.1

Bravo!
I am still working on Level II of Ripped. It's hard!!!0 -
Just finished week 1 - managed 5 days starting week 2 tomorrow...2

I'm sure it's not too much harder, just different! It's about as hard as I though level one was the first day I did it0 -
You guys have got this. It's all do-able. I miss-wrote last time. I'm on l3 day 3 now. Push through, I think level 3 is easier than level 2. I was so glad when day 10 of level 2 was over. Today I got a dexa scan. I dropped 4.3% body fat in one month. All that changed from the month before was a 1 mile increase in my runs and 30 day shred. Sooooooo worth it.4
-
Fantastic results!

@bringbackthejoy 4.3% body fat reduction is huge, congratulations!!0

Just finished level 2 day 4. Question: are you all doing 10 days of each level? I assumed you did 5-6 workouts per week and moved onto the next level / week for each actual week spent - that's what I've done so far... what's everyone else think?0
-
I just did day 6 level 1 and was planning on doing 10 days at that level. Think level 1 is still hard enough as I was making a cup of tea afterwards and my arm muscles were quivering just from holding the cup!1
