Here is the list of supplements that I promised with some research links about them. Setting up my first website every has been more of a learning curve than I desired.
In time I will try to talk more as to my logic for each one but you may figure that out when you read some of the research especially from greenmedinfo.com and examine.com

Broccoli was in the news today as you can read in the link from the UK. I had added Broccoli Seed Extract supplement a few weeks ago but had never added to my blog list so I added this morning. What about sodium supplements? Reasonably sure I dont get enough - especially on gym days0

@JessiBelleW that is a good subject and I have seen some posts that hits on the subject of sodium and the amounts needed for the best health. I did find the below as a good starting point on the subject.

I do prefer sea salts but I am not for sure why. I will pay more attention to this subject.
